Lemon iced tea
A delicious thirst-quencher to cool you down on a hot summer day. Served ice-cold for ultimate refreshment. Enjoy!

| 1. | Bring two litres of water to the boil in a pan or kettle. |
| 2. | Put the mint in a tea strainer. Pour boiling water through the strainer. Leave the water to cool down for a couple of minutes to around 80°C. |
| 3. | Add the green tea to the water and mint mixture, and leave to infuse for about 5 minutes. |
| 4. | Pour the tea mixture into a teapot, sweeten to taste with cane sugar and allow to cool |
| 5. | Once the tea has cooled down, add the SICILIA lemon juice to the mixture. The homemade lemon iced tea is best served with ice cubes. |
